The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our European team, based in Malmö, Sweden. As a key member of our global HR organization, you will drive recruitment for all positions across Europe, supporting our worldwide talent acquisition strategy. A deep understanding of diverse European talent markets and the ability to build strong partnerships with business leaders and hiring managers will be a distinct advantage in this hands-on role.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth by managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from requisition creation to offer closure, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and collaborating closely with global HR and TA colleagues.

You Will Make an Impact By

  • Owning the end-to-end recruitment process: From job requisition creation, sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, to closure.
  • Partnering with hiring managers: Understanding their needs, advising on talent availability and providing expert guidance on sourcing strategies and assessment techniques.
  • Building strong relationships: With business leaders and HR teams to influence, guide and drive the recruitment process.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience: At every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Developing robust talent pipelines: Using effective sourcing strategies, professional networks, talent communities, and online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, European job boards).
  • Adapting sourcing approaches: Regularly monitoring candidate pipelines and adjusting strategies to fill hard-to-fill roles.
  • Collaborating globally: Working closely with global HR and TA teams to align with our worldwide talent acquisition strategy and initiatives.
  • Tracking and reporting: Regularly monitoring recruitment metrics to inform decision-making and optimize processes.

The Talent We Want to Inspire Has…

  • Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, international environment (technical or engineering recruitment is a plus).
  • Experience recruiting across Europe and familiarity with diverse European talent markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, ClearCompany, etc.).
  • Highly proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

This Would Be a Plus, But Not a Must!

  • Additional European language proficiency.
  • Experience with HR reporting and people analytics.
  • Experience recruiting in other international regions.
