Roles and Responsibilities:
- Setup and configuration of system infrastructure, including HP server/client hardware and Cisco/HP Aruba switches
- Installation and configuration of Linux operating systems (RedHat preferred) using Ansible
- Configuration and tuning of proprietary internal software solutions
- Execution of various configuration tasks, such as build scripts, monitoring, control, and automation
- Creation, verification, and execution of system test procedures aligned with customer requirements
- Management and execution of work packages, including design, configuration, and testing, utilizing JIRA and Confluence
- Close collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and compliance with customer need
Skills required:
- Education in computer science, engineering, or relevant work experience
- Solid knowledge of Linux operating systems (preferably RedHat)
- Good understanding of network technologies (Layer 2/3, Cisco/Aruba)
- Experience with automation and DevOps tools (such as Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in Bash and Python scripting
- Strong general IT and engineering skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach
- Familiarity with project management and documentation tools (JIRA and Confluence)
- Advantageous: Experience with AutoCAD/QGIS and knowledge of A-SMGCS technology
- Fluency in spoken and written English, Basic knowledge of German is an advantage

In Austria, we are obliged to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement: The minimum salary according to the IT collective agreement for this position is EUR 3.843,- gross per month (14 times per year). Depending on the respective experience level and personal profile, we offer an attractive overpayment.
