The Opportunity....

The Junior Data Analyst will be responsible for monthly consolidation, calculation, harmonization, and maintenance of supplier performance metrics (PPM, OTD), as well as managing data consistency, reporting, and dashboard development in Power BI. The role will also include stakeholder coordination for timely and accurate data input, troubleshooting of data refresh processes, and supporting digitalization initiatives within the supplier quality and development functions.

You will make an impact by...

• Monthly PPM Consolidation (Quality)
  • Export PPM data from the PPM Quality dashboard/report.
  • Consolidate PPM data exports into a single file, ensuring alignment and comparability of values (structure, supplier naming, period mapping).
• Monthly OTD Calculation (By Supplier / Month / Year
  • Calculate On-Time Delivery (OTD) per supplier and per month/year upon receiving monthly extraction from relevant stakeholders.
  • Update the dataset that feeds the dashboard with the latest OTD calculations.
• Data Harmonization & Master Data Consistency (Unique Naming)
  • Standardize and maintain unique and consistent naming conventions for suppliers, categories, and key columns across all input files.
  • Ensure master data integrity and prevent duplication/inconsistency.
• Maintain & Update Data Queries/Transformations (Power BI / Power Query)
  • Load data from Excel files via a shared file path.
  • Use Power Query to clean and standardize data, including removing/renaming fields and adding required calculations.
• Prepare data for seamless integration into Power BI dashboards.
• Dashboard Development & Continuous Updates Based on Team Needs
  • Develop and continuously update Power BI dashboards, including visuals, pages, filters, and drill-downs.
  • Implement team requests (e.g., removing Strategic Buyer segmentation, adding value labels, adjusting KPIs/layout).
• Data Refresh Management (Automated + Troubleshooting)
  • Set up and monitor automated data refresh processes.
  • Troubleshoot refresh failures caused by changes in source files (e.g., deleted/renamed columns).
  • Implement minor robustness improvements to enhance data reliability.
• Input Coordination (Stakeholder Follow-Up)
  • Coordinate with colleagues to ensure timely and correct completion of required inputs/files.
  • Follow up with specific stakeholders responsible for updating trackers (e.g., cost increase/cost avoidance).
• Support and Manage Digitalization Activities (Supplier Quality & Development)
  • Support ongoing digitalization initiatives within supplier quality and development functions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate manual processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new digital tools, process improvements, and data solutions.
  • Assist in the rollout, training, and adoption of digital solutions to enhance supplier quality and development activities.

The talent we want to inspire has...

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Data Analytics or related field 
• Fresh Graduates or Minimum 1 - 2 years experience as a data analyst. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
• Independent, proactive, and driven to make an impact.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, other languages are an asset
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (including Power Query).
• Experience in data consolidation, harmonization, and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, especially regarding data structure and naming conventions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data refresh and transformations.
