The Opportunity

The Junior Account Payable Specialist covers the AP spectrum of accountin for several ADB SAFEGATE legal entities. 

You will make an impact by….

• Supporting AP function including organizing supplier invoices, routing invoices for approval, matching against purchase orders, credit applications & uploading invoices to the system
• Account payable function (VIM) in SAP PCE 
• Supporting Bank reconciliation and posting Bank transactions to the General Ledger 
• Support Accountant and Head of Finance the month end close, year-end close and audit processes 
• Support process enhancement efforts

The talent we want to inspire has...

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting or Finance. Professional qualification from recognized body (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW etc) is an added advantage.
• Have good knowledge and grip accounting policy (IFRS).
• Fluency in English and Mandarian is an advantage
• Strong in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail
• Able to meet competing deadlines by prioritizing work
