The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner – ATC Ops to join our team in Hyderabad. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of our air traffic control management software. As the bridge between product management and development, you will translate requirements into actionable tasks and guide the team toward achieving product goals.

The Role

  • Drive feature preparation and ensure features are ready for implementation.
  • Understand, challenge, and refine requirements from product management; communicate these clearly to the development team.
  • Manage the team’s defect backlog and act as the first point of contact for new defects.
  • Lead your team in Program Increment (PI) and sprint planning sessions.
  • Present and demonstrate completed features to stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met and acceptance criteria are fulfilled.
  • Collaborate closely with the team lead to maximize the value delivered by the team.

We’re Looking For Someone With

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a product owner, product manager, project manager, or in a similar role in a software development environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of air traffic control and apron management domains.
  • Solid background in requirements engineering.
  • Ability to maintain a clear overview and act with calmness, clarity, and consistency, even during hectic periods and in ambiguous environments, ensuring steady guidance for the team.
  • Strong sense of initiative and responsibility for your own work, while supporting shared team goals.
