The offered position is understood as an expert with strong technical background, enriched with the ability to compose commercial proposals and steer bid teams.

Roles and responsibilities:
- End-to-End Bid Leadership: Autonomous creation of full commercial offers including technical offer documentation for small/medium size offers. Bid Management expertise for (virtual) bid teams in large scale procurements.
- Acting as an internal focal point / orchestrator of technical and operational experts during the pre-sales / offer phase for innovative air traffic control software
- Coordination of 3rd party suppliers during the offer phase
- Participation in customer visits including product demonstrations, site surveys, workshops and bid-related negotiations
Skills Required:
- 5+ years in bid management and / or technical project management in complex and technical environments.
- Solid knowledge of aviation and ATC is a must (ATC project experience and/or studies in the field of aviation)
- Proficient handling of MS Office as well as knowledge of IT systems/network technology are required
- Communication skills and structured method of working are essential
- Willingness for continuous document processing and management is required
- Proficiency in English: Fluent in word and writing (company language)

As required by Austrian law, we are obligated to state this minimum salary. The minimum salary according to the IT collective agreement for this position is EUR 4,611.00 gross per month (14 times per year). Depending on the respective experience level and personal profile, we offer an attractive overpayment.
