System Engineer m/f/d
Contract Type:  Permanent
Stellenstandort:  Austria – Graz

 


Worldwide and 24/7, air traffic controllers use our innovative software to keep operations running. 


Support our team as an expert in System Engineering for Air Traffic Control (ATC) solutions at international airports. 

Be part of this challenge and join our team to work on the following tasks:

 

 

Roles and responsibilities: 

 

  • System setup and configuration:
    • HP/Dell Server/Client hardware
    • Cisco/HP Aruba networking
    • Linux OS install and configuration with Ansible
    • Software configuration and integration (internal product)
  • Various configuration tasks (build scripts, Monitoring and Control systems based on ICINGA, Zabbix etc.)
  • Creation and verification of system test procedures (linked to customer requirements)

 

 

Skills Required: 

 

  • Education in computer science or relevant work experience
  • Good all around engineering mindset
  • Good understanding of computer communications
  • Good Linux Know-how
  • Basic networking Know-how
  • Bash and python scripting
  • Ansible, docker/podman, monitoring, DevOps practices, Kubernetes
  • Experienced in the air-traffic control area and/or aviation business highly welcome
  • Willingness to travel (~ 15%)
  • Advanced English skills. Basic German knowledge is a plus

As required by Austrian law, we are obligated to state this minimum salary. The minimum salary according to the IT collective agreement for this position is EUR 3,954.00 gross per month (14 times per year). Depending on the respective experience level and personal profile, we offer an attractive overpayment.
