Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs for software delivery projects, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational goals
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to development teams, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their requirements, present solutions, and address technical challenges
• Lead the delivery of end-to-end solutions, ensuring timely completion, quality assurance, and cost-effectiveness
• Design and implement integrations with existing air traffic management systems, ensuring seamless interoperability
• Work with delivery teams to assess and optimize organizational processes, frameworks, and workflows to increase efficiency and streamline project execution
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying them to enhance our solutions and offerings

Skills Required:

• Education in software development (either via higher technical college or degree in computer science, engineering, physics or mathematics)
• Min. of 10 years of experience in system engineering and project management, with a focus on software delivery for safety-critical applications
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale and/or development projects
• Strong understanding of air traffic control systems, airport operations, and related technologies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Adept at managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

The minimum salary according to the IT collective agreement for this position is EUR 4.485,00 gross per month (14 times per year). Depending on the respective experience level and personal profile, we offer an attractive overpayment.
