The Opportunity:
ADB SAFEGATE is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer to join our Dubai-based Middle East Sales team. This is an entry-level role designed for a high-potential UAE National who is passionate about technology, aviation, and building long-term business partnerships. You will play a key role in growing our footprint across the Middle East by connecting our high-end technical solutions with the needs of world-class airports.
Note: This position is specifically open to UAE Nationals as part of our commitment to the Nafis program and fostering the next generation of Emirati commercial leaders.
Your Mission
You will actively contribute to the Middle East Sales desk by anticipating customer needs, searching for new sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the lead point of contact for major accounts, researching growth areas, and building strong business relationships with key stakeholders across the airport ecosystem.

- Sales Excellence: Achieving sales objectives and order targets for your assigned territory in the Middle East.
- Networking: Developing an effective business network within the airport ecosystem, including Engineering teams, Purchase Managers, and Consultants.
- Opportunity Management: Building a realistic pipeline and converting leads into orders through a key account management approach.
- Strategic Collaboration: Working closely with legal, finance, and engineering teams to define winning strategies for complex tenders and projects.
- Growth Mindset: Researching new customers and growth areas, conducting sales forecasts, and adopting an entrepreneurial attitude to bring sustainable growth.
The talent we want to inspire has…
- Nationality: Must be a UAE National (Family Book holder).
- Communication (Required): Strong bilingual fluency in English and Arabic. You must be an effective communicator able to convey complex technical information clearly to both local authorities and international colleagues.
- Degree in Engineering/Technology or Business Administration (a combination of both is highly preferred).
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a B2B environment. We are looking for high-potential graduates or early-career professionals.
- Technical Aptitude: Capable of understanding and explaining the high-end technical solutions developed by ADB SAFEGATE.
- Knowledge of business status reporting (orders and revenue).
- Understanding of contract negotiation and public/private tendering rules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SAP or CRM knowledge is a plus).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
