The opportunity

 

As a Data Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our product data. You will be responsible for entering and maintaining information in our Product Information Management system (Inriver), supporting engineering teams in migrating data within the ePDM system to a new structure, and performing similar data entry and management tasks. Your structured and independent approach will help streamline processes and maintain high data quality across teams located internationally.

 

Skills Required
  • Proven experience with data entry, data management, or similar administrative roles
  • Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) systems; experience with Inriver is a plus
  • Experience with Product Data Management (PDM) systems; Solidworks ePDM knowledge preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
  • Comfortable collaborating remotely across time zones

 

We’re Looking for Someone With:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred fields: Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar)
  • Additional certifications or coursework in data management, database administration, or information systems would be a plus
  • Familiarity with relevant software tools (e.g., PIM, PDM, ERP systems)
