The Opportunity
The Marketing Manager for the Americas is a key driver of our regional marketing and communications strategy. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing compelling marketing programs that support business growth, strengthen our brand, and enhance engagement with both internal and external stakeholders. This newly created role reports directly to the EVP of ADB Safegate Americas and offers the unique opportunity to shape our local marketing presence while collaborating with global teams.
You will make an impact by….
- Developing and implementing comprehensive a marketing and communications plan for the Americas, in alignment with business objectives and global brand guidelines.
- Leading all regional marketing activities, including digital campaigns, content creation, product launches, customer communications, and public relations.
- Driving the planning, execution, and evaluation of tradeshows, conferences, and customer events, managing 3rd party contractors to ensure flawless delivery.
- Acting as the primary liaison for all regional marketing communication, coordinating with Sales, Product, and Global Marketing teams as needed.
- Creating and managing engaging content for internal communications, ensuring alignment and information flow within the Americas team.
- Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics, providing regular reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Managing the regional marketing budget, ensuring effective and efficient allocation of resources.
- Ensuring all marketing initiatives meet compliance standards and reinforce the company’s values and brand.
The talent we want to inspire has...
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the Technology and/or Aerospace sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business results.
- Experience managing external agencies or 3rd party contractors for events and marketing projects.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Willingness to travel within the Americas as needed (approx. 20%).
