The Opportunity

Working with the Americas Cost Account Manager, the Financial Analyst has a wide range of responsibilities to support everything from data validation to reporting and analytics. 

You will make an impact by….

• Perform financial analysis on items including revenues, margins, operating costs, receivables, inventory
• Identify variances to budgets and monthly forecasts
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, make necessary adjustments
• Analyzing product margin and mix, working directly with sales to ensure that sales and margin targets are met or exceeded
• Participating in month-end close process in areas such as accruals, revenue recognition, intercompany charges, etc.
• Assisting with budget/forecast activities and supporting annual financial audit
• Adhere to all relevant administrative requirements, policies and procedures and respect confidentiality of data
• Maintains and processes entries in accordance with IFRS accounting rules
• Complete various projects and tasks as assigned with minimal oversight

 
The talent we want to inspire has...  

• A BS/BA in Finance, Accounting or similar degree and 2-4 years in a position as a Financial Analyst.
• Demonstrates a solid knowledge of principles in the field of accounting
• Strong verbal and written skills along with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong/advanced Excel skills required.

 
This would be a plus but not a must!

• SAP and cost accounting experience preferred
