The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Claims Governance & Quality Coordinator to join our team in Hyderabad. Our mission is to ensure the highest standard of customer claim processing by upholding accuracy, validity, completeness, and consistency in all claim data. In this role, you will be responsible for auditing and approving customer claims, ensuring all claims are accurate, valid, complete, and consistent. You will apply established rules and checklists, provide constructive feedback, and help improve the overall quality of our claims and process data. Additionally, you will support the implementation of quality processes and assist with internal audits as a junior quality office representative.
The Role
Claims & Process Governance (Primary Focus)
- Audit all customer claims in accordance with defined rules and checklists.
- Validate claim data for:
- Accuracy: Adherence to defined formats and standards.
- Validity: Detection of incorrect or fraudulent information.
- Completeness: Inclusion of all necessary information and documentation.
- Consistency: Identification of contradictions or duplicate entries.
- Approve claims that meet requirements; reject and provide clear, actionable feedback for claims that require resubmission or correction.
- Communicate regularly with claim submitters to support their understanding of claim standards and requirements.
- Track and report on claim approval/rejection rates, common errors, and areas for improvement.
- Track and report process adherence issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor claim data to detect patterns, recurrent issues, and emerging problems.
- Drive automation and GenAI support for automated assessments and user support.
- Support auditing of other processes (PDP, CPR, ECR, etc.) in accordance with defined rules and checklists.
Quality Office Support (Secondary Focus)
- Assist with the implementation and documentation of quality processes and procedures.
- Support local teams with process mapping, procedure writing, training, and improvement initiatives.
- Participate in internal quality audits and support preparations for ISO 9001 and/or ISO 27001.
- Act as a junior quality representative for the location, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.

We’re Looking For Someone With
Business Skills
- Proven experience in claims auditing, quality assurance, or a related field (customer service, process auditing, administration).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to provide constructive feedback.
- Ability to interpret and apply rules, checklists, and process standards.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or other quality management systems (preferred but not required).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable working with data entry and process tracking tools like Jira.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a new office environment.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
