About the Role:
ADB Safegate is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior CAD Operator to join our team for a major airport project. The ideal candidate will be a local Greek professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in CAD operations, and must be fluent in both Greek and English. This is a demanding project that requires a fast, detail-oriented, and resilient individual capable of delivering high-quality work under pressure.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare, modify, and manage detailed CAD drawings in accordance with project specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure drawings meet technical and regulatory requirements.
• Interpret and translate technical information and concepts between Greek and English as needed for seamless communication within the team and with international partners.
• Review and ensure the accuracy and quality of all CAD outputs, making prompt revisions as required.
• Manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Assist in the development and optimization of CAD standards and workflows for the project.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a CAD Operator, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or airport projects.
• Proven expertise in AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software.
• Native Greek speaker, with excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Ability to work on-site in Athens, Greece.

Preferred:

• Previous experience working with international companies or multinational project teams.
• Familiarity with airport or aviation-related projects.
